Responsibilities
Assist in planning event concepts, themes, and creative ideas.
Support proposal preparation, including mood boards, run-downs, floor plans, and engagement ideas.
Participate in on-ground operations (setup, registration, guest handling, vendor coordination, teardown).
Research venues, vendors, trends, and cost options.
Handle administrative tasks and prepare internal planning documents.
Work with the team to ensure smooth event execution and timeline tracking.
