Able to handle customer enquiries politely and follow up properly.
Experience in live streaming, sales, customer service, or social media is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you are confident and willing to learn.
Able to speak Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia / English will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Host or co-host live streaming sessions on company platforms.
Present and explain products clearly during live sessions.
Engage with viewers, answer enquiries, and support live stream interaction.
Assist other hosts in managing comments, product enquiries, and live stream flow.
Help create customer orders during or after live sessions.
Follow up with customers on order details, payment, delivery status, and enquiries.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer orders are updated and processed smoothly.
Support video content creation for social media when needed.
Prepare products, promotion details, and basic setup before live sessions.
Follow the live stream and content schedule arranged by the company.
