Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Proficiency in warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Knowledge of safety compliance regulations within a warehouse setting and the ability to enforce safety procedures.

Experience with logistics coordination, ensuring efficient movement of goods and materials.

Skilled in material handling techniques and the operation of relevant equipment.

Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with team members and management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Oversee and manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.

Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

Implement and maintain effective inventory management and stock control systems to accurately track materials, minimize discrepancies, and prevent loss.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and compliance standards within the warehouse environment, conducting regular safety checks and promoting a safety-first culture.

Coordinate logistics and transportation of materials to and from the construction sites, optimizing delivery schedules and routes.

Manage material handling equipment and ensure its proper maintenance and safe operation.

Collaborate with procurement and project management teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely availability of scaffolding and carpentry supplies.

Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and staff performance, and generate regular reports for management.
