Position: Project Manager (Web Development)

Role & Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of project plans and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) schedules under senior guidance

- Manage assigned project components, including coordinating daily activities and supporting project team members

- Ensure project tasks are aligned with overall objectives and deliverables

- Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients for project-related matters

- Ensure adherence to established project specifications, timelines, and requirements

- Monitor project budgets and report variances to senior management

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and budget tracking

- Contribute to project planning based on defined requirements and objectives

- Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress and resolve routine project issues

- Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders

- Support the Project Management Head in workflow optimization and project documentation

- Monitor and manage HubSpot-related tasks and issues as part of the internal operations team

- Ensure proper documentation of automation workflows and maintain system integrity

- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve HubSpot platform issues impacting project delivery

- Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Management Head

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in any relevant field

- 1–2 years of experience in project management, events, advertising, digital, social media, or client-facing roles

- Experience in web design, web development, or digital marketing is an advantage

- Strong interest in digital marketing, trends, and performance metrics

- Ability to interpret data and present insights effectively

- Experience in task delegation and cross-functional collaboration

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- Self-motivated with a positive working attitude, professionalism, and integrity

- Knowledge of HubSpot, dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau will be an advantage

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
