Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on Indonesian accounting practices.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts operations, offering insights and recommendations to management.
- Payroll & Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment, tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and payments.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Financial Analysis: Utilize SQL to conduct financial analysis, extracting and manipulating data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the accounting function, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
