Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Entry-level position, open to fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build strong customer relationships.

  • Familiarity with sales processes, including negotiation and closing techniques.

  • Interest in learning about software solutions, particularly E-invoicing and SST compliance.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and commute to the Johor Bahru office as needed.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Malaysian market, focusing on companies that can benefit from SQL and AUTOCOUNT software solutions, particularly those requiring E-invoicing and SST compliance.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and key features of SQL and AUTOCOUNT software, with a strong emphasis on E-invoicing and SST capabilities.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored software solutions and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies, attending industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and sales targets.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in accounting software, E-invoicing, and SST compliance to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.

  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking progress, and forecasting sales accurately to contribute to the overall business development strategy.
