1. Possess knowledge and experience in specified type of metal treatment process is an added advantage

2. Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry

1. To guide the Operators to accomplish specified type of the whole treatment processes with output within customer specification.

2. To prepare parts for assigned treatment.

3. To manually clean the parts with specified chemical thoroughly before going through different processes of assigned treatment types.

4. To clean and inspect parts after treatment.

5. To maintain a clean and safe work environment in the metal surface treatment shop floor.

6. To set, start, and shut down different metal treatment lines with care.

7. To work with chemical laboratory staff to maintain solution parameters.

8. To assist in the maintenance of the treatment tanks on a regular basis.

9. To work to ensure safe practices and company policies and procedures are being followed.

10. To work closely with different department and production Supervisors to coordinate and schedule priorities on the lines.

11. To support in operating, monitoring, maintaining, and trouble-shooting the wastewater treatment facility and scrubber system and its processes in accordance with legal requirement. Report to superior for any abnormality for immediate action.

12. To assist with training of new employees as when necessary. 

13. To highlight to Supervisor when suspected defective parts are being produced.

1. To perform any other duties assigned by superior or manager from time to time.
