Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Johor - Maukerja

Requirements:

* SPM/STPM or Diploma in a related field

* Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Required to work OT until 8:00 PM on normal working days when necessary

* Willing to work on Saturdays if required by HOD

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Good communication and teamwork skills with a strong sense of responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily production and assembly activities

* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved

* Monitor manpower allocation and line performance to improve productivity

* Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

* Lead, train, and motivate production operators and line leaders

* Support audits, quality investigations, and corrective actions

* Ensure workplace safety and compliance with EHS requirements

* Prepare production reports and maintain accurate production records

* Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments
