Qualifications: Possess a diploma from a recognized institution and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Engineering or a related field.

Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese and English, able to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related management experience in a manufacturing environment, familiar with production workflows.

Age and Gender: No specific requirements; male candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Proficient in using a vehicle and office software (Excel/Word/PPT).

Assist the factory manager with daily operations, such as production scheduling, coordinating on-site personnel, managing materials, and preparing production reports.

Conduct various administrative tasks, such as filing documents, coordinating meetings, collecting data, and assisting with administrative work.

Collaborate with team members to enhance work efficiency, monitor the production floor, and report any issues or discrepancies to management.

Implement various procedures, including equipment inspections, compliance audits, and coordinating with departments to ensure annual work goals are met.

Complete any other ad hoc management or administrative duties as required.
