• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  Relevant certifications are a plus.

• 3 – 5 years of IT support experience, with mandatory experience in a manufacturing environment (hands-on with industrial hardware and factory networks).

• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with International HQ and local stakeholders.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of asset management, and familiarity with network cabling and server setups.

• Maintain and troubleshoot all oAice and factory hardware (PCs, servers, switches, industrial terminals, and production data collectors) to ensure stable operations.

• Handle the full IT asset lifecycle – procurement, inspection, record-keeping, stocktake, and disposal – while managing costs and consumables.

• Set up and maintain network systems, server rooms, cabling, and workshop data transmission devices.

• Respond quickly to hardware fault tickets, log all issues and solutions, conduct regular equipment inspections, and follow standardized SOPs to prevent downtime.

• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
