Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/ SPM / "O" Level/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field or in Event
• Management will be an advantage
• No work experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Event Planning, Event Management, Event Operation, Part Timer/Manpower sourcing, Creative Problem Solver
• Able to travel (Has own transportation will be an advantage).
Responsibilities
Address client concerns, complaints, and queries promptly.
Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions.
Escalate critical issues to senior management when needed.
Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and feedback.
Prepare reports on account status, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
Analyze client data to improve service strategies.
