Process a certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics

Able to handle pre-loading, post-loading, and abroad the entire importation process related to abroad China Supplier

Experience in import customs clearance or related logistics field

Good coordination and communication skills with external parties

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.

Detail-oriented and able to ensure compliance with regulations

Able to handle issues and work in a fast-paced environment

To plan and ensure warehouse operations smoothly.

Handle import customs declaration and clearance for shipments from China to Malaysia

Review and submit customs documents to ensure compliance

Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and logistics partners

Handle clearance issues and provide updates on import progress

Report clearance progress and assist in improving import processes

Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsible for the preparation of weekly reports, monthly reports, and management reports.

Identify and address root causes of incorrect deliveries by implementing quality control measures to minimize order discrepancies and enhance accuracy.

Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
