Full Time Project Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Mah Sing Properties Johor - Maukerja

To oversee daily project operations, manage site personnel and contractors, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achived in compliance with

safety regulations, quality standards and project timelines.

- To supervice and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project

requirement

- Track project progress againts the approved schedule, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely completion of

project milestones

- Coordinate and manage contractors ,subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with

contractual obligations

- Conduct site inspections, monitor workmanship and ensure contructions works comply with quality standards specifications and company

requirement

- Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations company policies and environmental requirements; conduct regular site safety

inspections

- Monitor utilization of manpower materials and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources and minimum wastage

- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and updates to managements on project status, issues and

achievements.

- Liaise with internal departmets consultants, authorities and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.

- Monitoring construction and finishing works of show units and show villages to ensure completion according to the targeted product launch

schedule and quality expectations

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in civil engineering/ Architecture / Building or quivalent

• 5-10 years
