Responsibilities
Certify aircraft maintenance activities and issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) in accordance with Part 145 requirements, company procedures, and applicable airworthiness regulations.
Lead and coordinate line maintenance activities at Station Miri to ensure aircraft technical dispatch reliability, minimize Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events, and support on-time flight operations.
Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectifications, troubleshooting, and inspections are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved maintenance data.
Maintain regulatory compliance by adhering to Part 145, Civil Aviation Authority requirements, safety management systems, and quality standards, while ensuring accurate and timely maintenance documentation.
Collaborate with MOC, Logistics, Flight Operations, and other stakeholders to manage technical issues, resource requirements, spare availability, and operational recovery activities.
Provide technical guidance, supervision, and on-the-job coaching to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and to uphold safety, competency, and maintenance quality standards.
Support station operational readiness by ensuring the availability and serviceability of tooling, ground support equipment, technical publications, and maintenance facilities required for daily operations.
Respond to aircraft technical disruptions, AOG situations, and operational contingencies, ensuring timely troubleshooting, corrective actions, and restoration of aircraft serviceability.
