Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

1-2 years of professional experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects, preferably in home & commercial shophouse renovations.

Proficiency in interior design software such as Revit and Coohom for space planning, 3D rendering, and visualization.

Strong understanding of space planning principles and the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.

Excellent knowledge of material selection, including finishes, furniture, and fixtures, with an awareness of current trends and sustainability.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to liaise with clients, suppliers, and the construction team.

Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion, including client presentations and site supervision.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and practical design solutions for commercial spaces.

Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts for commercial shophouse projects, aligning with client briefs and brand identities.

Create detailed space plans, layouts, and elevations using design software (Revit, Coohom) to optimize functionality and aesthetics.

Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering budget, durability, and aesthetic coherence.

Collaborate closely with clients throughout the design process, from initial consultation to final walkthrough, ensuring satisfaction and addressing feedback.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of design plans and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather measurements, and oversee the implementation of design elements during the construction and fit-out phases.

Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices to continuously enhance design offerings.
