Electrical Technician at MNC Company
(Gaji Kasar RM3500++ per month)

Company Overview: A well-established multinational company specializing in advanced manufacturing equipment and technology solutions, serving global industries such as electronics, semiconductor, and automation.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: RM2000 - RM2,500 (based on experience)
• Allowances (Meal, Transport & Night shift)
• Completion Incentive: 0.5 month/6 Months (twice per year)

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian, Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Hours (Rotating Shift)

AM Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift: Monday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Friday: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions during assembly
• Conduct functional testing on assembled systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards
• Maintain proper documentation for assembly and testing processes
• Support engineers and production teams during assembly and testing activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by following 7S practices
• Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or technician roles is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and pneumatic systems is preferred
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts
• Contract position (renewable and convertible to permanent based on performance)
