Full Time Quality Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Kesen Ecological Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma / Degree in Quality / Engineering / or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing / quality environment.

• Good knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and other quality management system requirements.

• ISO9001 Internal Auditor qualification required; IATF16949 or ISO14001 Lead Auditor qualification is an added advantage.

• Experience in internal audit (lead experience preferred).

• Familiar with SPC / 8D tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), QMS systems and SPC tools.

• Good command of Mandarin, basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to work in both office and production environment.

• Proactive, strong teamwork spirit with excellent cross-functional communication skills.

• Working Hours：Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience and capability.

1. QMS Management

• Maintain and drive ISO 9001 Quality Management System

• Support IATF 16949 implementation (if applicable)

• Prepare and update quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions

• Organize internal audits and management reviews

• Liaise with customers and external auditors

2. Quality Control

• Define and improve inspection standards (incoming, in-process, finished goods)

• Perform SPC monitoring and basic analysis

• Lead or participate in 8D problem-solving and corrective actions

• Manage calibration of measuring instruments

3. Continuous Improvement

• Drive PDCA cycle and improvement projects (QCC)

• Monitor quality KPIs and improvement actions

• Handle customer complaints and closure

4. Supplier Quality

• Support supplier quality evaluation system

• Monitor incoming quality and supplier performance

5. Training & Support

• Conduct basic quality system training

• Maintain quality records and KPI tracking
