Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.

  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and databases.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and vendors.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.

  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other operational transactions.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and deliveries as required.

  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.

  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
