Requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements and expectations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other account-related documentation.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review business performance and discuss future opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, client servicing, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional, depending on business needs).Experience in professional services, accounting, audit, tax, or consulting industries.
Experience handling corporate clients and key accounts.
Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
