1–2 years of sales, or business development experience (bonus if it’s in renewable energy, property, or tech sector).
Fluent in English and Mandarin to engage with our diverse client base.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven sales track record. Must possess own transport for regional lead coverage.
Proficiency in consulting methodologies and a customer-centric approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.

Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and close the warm company leads assigned to you daily.
Consultative Selling: Design tailored solar energy solutions by deeply understanding client energy needs.
Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.
Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.
Collection Monitoring: Follow up on payment milestones (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, 30% post-completion) to secure your commissions.
