  • 1–2 years of sales, or business development experience (bonus if it’s in renewable energy, property, or tech sector).

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to engage with our diverse client base.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven sales track record. Must possess own transport for regional lead coverage.

  • Proficiency in consulting methodologies and a customer-centric approach to understanding and addressing client needs.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.

  • Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and close the warm company leads assigned to you daily.

  • Consultative Selling: Design tailored solar energy solutions by deeply understanding client energy needs.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.

  • Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.

  • Collection Monitoring: Follow up on payment milestones (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, 30% post-completion) to secure your commissions.
