Requirements
Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and ensure timely distribution of salaries for both internal staff and outsourced clients.
Administer day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and maintaining up-to-date employee records.
Ensure strict compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other relevant statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Provide professional HR advisory and support to clients regarding employee relations, disciplinary issues, and performance management.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven working experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. Experience in an HR agency or outsourcing environment is a strong advantage.
Well-versed with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and current labor laws.
Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong problem-solving skills, highly organized, and capable of handling highly confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and a good team player.
