Full Time Accountant (Property Developer) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Career Horizons Selangor - Maukerja

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy and/ or part of professional qualification in ACCA/ CPA/ MIA/ ICAEW and etc.

· Experience in group consolidation is a must.

· Experience in audit is a must and tax would be an advantage.

· Preferably specialized in property development/ Construction /property management/ hospitality industry

· Well verse with Accounting Standard (MFRS) and taxation.

· At least 5 years of relevant working experience in which 2 years should be in a leadership position.

· Required skill(s): MS Excel and SQL accounting software

· Good understanding of the latest accounting principles and Financial Standards

· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, responsible and hardworking.

· Meticulous able to manage big data, analyse and identify transaction trends, variances and dive recommendation to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data collection processes. 

· Able to work with minimum supervision and good team worker.

1. Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, monthly management accounts and Group consolidated financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.

2. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements and other statutory requirements.

3. Review and analyse financial results of subsidiaries, including variance analysis, reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.

4. Assist in the preparation of quarterly Bursa Malaysia announcements, annual reports, Board papers and financial reports for Management and Board of Directors.

5. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, cash flow projections and financial analysis for management reporting purposes.

6. Support statutory audit processes by preparing audit schedules, financial reports, supporting documents and responding to audit queries.

7. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant authorities on accounting, audit, tax and compliance matters.

8. Compile, review, and coordinate Group-level tax matters, including annual tax compliance, special tax arrangements, and liaison with external tax agents.

9. Coordinate and follow up on Internal Audit matters, including audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.

10. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, accounting policies and regulatory requirements across the Group.

11. Assist in corporate exercises and related reporting requirements, and other Bursa Malaysia compliance matters.

12. Coordinate and support property valuation matters, including liaison with external valuers and preparation of supporting documentation.

13. Supervise and provide guidance to junior finance staff to ensure efficient finance operations and reporting accuracy.

14. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.
