Requirements
Experience in procurement or purchasing is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Source and compare suppliers to ensure best value in pricing, reliability, and service.
Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders and delivery timelines.
Raise internal e-Purchase Orders (e-PO) and manage e-invoicing processes accurately and on time.
Communicate with vendors to resolve order or invoicing issues.
Keep supplier records and databases updated and accurate.
Support inventory tracking and recommend stock optimisation where needed.
Coordinate with other departments to support smooth procurement processes.
Promote good purchasing practices and cost-conscious choices across departments.
Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
