• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / Diploma in Accountancy or Finance;

• Fully qualified or those pursuing MICPA/CPA/ACCA or AICPA / ICAEW preferred

• Required language(s): Good command of English;

• Possess a good attitude and is motivated;

• Is a team player, eager to learn and has sound analytical skills;

• Willing to travel

• Has good knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards;

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.

Job description:

• In consultation with managers / partners, perform planning for the audit assignment and obtain approval of the same from the partners and managers prior to execution

• To understand the business and operations of the entity assigned, including the risks areas

• To execute the audit as planned and communicate promptly on issues encountered with the manager/partner

• To delegate responsibly to subordinates and guide and monitor their work

• To prepare work papers in compliance with standards and review the work of subordinates to ascertain matters are adequately addressed and documented;

• To always communicate professionally and courteously with the team and clients;

• To respond promptly to emails and inquiries from clients and team;

• To initiate the billing process and assist in the collection;

• To discuss with the client on the resolution of matters on the assignment;

• To train and guide junior staff in understanding procedures, documentation, and compliance matters (If Senior)
