Job Description

Requirements

  • General: Must be a Malaysian citizen aged at least 18 years old at the closing date of the advertisement.

  • Language: Must have a credit (Grade C) in Bahasa Melayu at the SPM/SVM level or equivalent.

  • Academic Qualifications: Candidates must possess an SPM or equivalent, plus one of the following:

    • SPM or SVM in a relevant field: Starting salary RM 1,500.00.

    • SPM + Malaysia Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 2 in a related field: Starting salary RM 1,561.00.

    • SPM + Malaysia Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in a related field: Starting salary RM 1,622.00.

Responsibilities

  • Executing clerical and operational tasks within the Implementation Group.

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general administration, personnel management, counter services and processing, data and information collection, and handling communication/connection equipment.

  • Note: The execution of these tasks is subject to the specific placement of the officer.
