Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in CYCLETONE SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Certificate in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in landscape construction and maintenance projects.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Inspect planting, turfing, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports for management.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials, plants, and equipment to the site.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers regarding work progress and site matters.
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of landscape plants and related facilities.
• Monitor manpower allocation and productivity on site.
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
