Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2–5 years in accounting; law firm experience is an advantage.
Accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.) and Excel.
Payroll, statutory submissions, and trust-account handling.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work with lawyers under deadlines.
Responsibilities
Maintain full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
Manage client/trust accounts and perform reconciliations.
Handle billing, collections, and disbursement tracking.
Process payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Assist in audit, tax, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Liaise with lawyers, auditors, banks, and external agencies.
