Job Description

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Positive attitude and strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other related sales documents.

  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments (warehouse/logistics) to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Handle and respond to sales-related inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product databases.

  • Assist in tracking sales orders, stock availability, and outstanding payments.

  • Support sales reporting and filing of relevant documents. 

  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
