Job Requirements

• Able to use AI tools to create ad images (Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar) — this is core to the role
• Mandarin copywriting that connects with business owners and their customers (English a plus)
• An eye for creative — knows which hooks and visuals stop the scroll
• Some hands-on Meta Ads experience (even your own or small budgets); understands CPL, CPM, ROAS
• Able or willing to learn Canva + CapCut for assembling images and short videos
• Bonus (not required): TikTok Ads, Google PMAX, Looker Studio, or CAPI/Pixel/GA4 knowledge

• Create ad images using AI tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar) for Meta ads
• Write direct-response ad copy in Mandarin for ads, social posts, and landing pages
• Assemble images and short videos using Canva and CapCut
• Help launch and monitor live Meta Ads campaigns using our AI-assisted workflow and SOPs
• Track daily performance and flag what's working vs. what's fatiguing
• Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences
• Keep accounts tidy — naming conventions, asset organization, basic compliance
• Learn the full stack (Pixel/CAPI, reporting, optimization) with mentorship from the senior marketer and founder
