We're looking for

• SPM or above — fresh grads are welcome

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients)

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in transaction data

• Good time management and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with chat-based communication and Google Workspace

• Able to start immediately is a strong advantage

About this role

You'll be supporting the daily operations of a payment gateway — processing transactions, reconciling records, and keeping everything running smoothly for an international business. This is a great entry point into the fintech and digital payments industry. Full training is provided from day one; attitude and attention to detail matter more than experience.

What you'll do

• Supervise and validate daily payment gateway transactions for accuracy and compliance

• Reconcile transaction records against internal financial data

• Maintain payment accounts and ensure fund allocations stay within set limits

• Execute financial transactions as instructed by the Marketing team

• Facilitate multi-currency payment operations across the team

• Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support financial management

• Shift schedule

• We offer 3 rotational shifts — Morning, Afternoon, and Night. Shift preference will be discussed during the interview process.
