Full Time Pemandu Lori/Lorry Driver Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Johor - Maukerja

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a driver or in a related logistics role.

• Possess a valid Class E Full Driving Licence with a clean driving record.

• Ability to manage delivery and collection schedules efficiently to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance to ensure the company van is always in good and safe working condition.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high standards of work ethics.

• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Border Delivery & Collection (Johor – Singapore)

• Perform daily cross-border deliveries between Johor and Singapore according to the assigned schedule.

• Depart from Johor Bahru in the early morning and arrive at the Singapore warehouse based on the operational schedule.

• Carry out warehouse-to-warehouse deliveries and collections only.

• Load and unload laundry items at the designated warehouses while ensuring proper handling of goods.

Daily Operations

• Deliver and collect clean and soiled laundry accurately to and from the designated warehouse personnel (PIC).

• Update delivery logs and submit proof of delivery (POD) on a daily basis.

• Assist the operations team with ad-hoc operational tasks when not on delivery duties, as required.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including tyre pressure, engine oil level, and vehicle cleanliness.

• Report any mechanical issues or vehicle defects promptly to the Operations Supervisor or Operations Executive.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Comply with all road traffic regulations, cross-border requirements, and company policies.

• Maintain a valid Class E Full Driving Licence and ensure all vehicle documents (road tax, insurance, permits, etc.) are valid and up to date.

• Ensure all laundry items are transported safely and securely throughout the journey.

Communication & Customer Service

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with warehouse personnel.

• Communicate promptly with the Operations team regarding any delays, incidents, or operational issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete delivery logs, trip records, and other required documentation accurately and on time.

• Ensure every delivery and collection is acknowledged with the appropriate warehouse personnel's signature or identification.

• Report any delays, operational challenges, or incidents to the immediate supervisor.

Ad-Hoc Duties

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Working Environment

• Based at the company's laundry facility in Johor Bahru, with daily cross-border travel to Singapore.

• Primary working hours are early morning to midday, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
