Own transport & willing to work rotate shift

Good in communication skills

Candidates must possess at least SPM

To perform the production operation in accordance to the written SOP and the specific requirement given in the production work order

To do the 5S on the machine and production area before and after the production

To do the daily machine maintenance in ensuring the machine always in good working condition

To report on any machine abnormality

To plan the work in ensuring a smooth production process with minimum production downtime

To perform the routine regular in-process quality check as per the SOP in ensuring the quality meeting the customer specification

To do the line clearance at the end of each work order

To maintain proper recording in the work order, line clearance, updating the computer after the completion of each work order

To ensure the production output meet daily target

To monitor closely on material usage and to minimize material wastage

To ensure company’s safety rules & regulations are being followed.

To handle any other task assigned by superior/Management.
