Requirements
Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (3.5 CGPA is a plus).
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva and CapCut. Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., TikTok Business, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
Creative and Outgoing: Willing to engage in social media, not camera shy (livestreaming experience is a plus).
Experience: Formal/informal gig experience or prior work is a bonus.
Availability: Preferably available for a 3-6 month internship.
Location: Able to commute to Eco Majestic, Semenyih.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment tasks, from candidate outreach to onboarding.
Employee Rostering & Deployment: Support scheduling and workforce planning.
Onboarding Coordination: Organise onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration.
Project Management: Lead a mini HR project to build experience.
Content Creation: Assist in creating content for social media campaigns.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
