Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently.
Working closely with QA/QC Department in maintaining a good quality of product.
Identify roof causes of production problems and develop corrective action to prevent recurrence.
Managing inventory levels and coordinating with store/purchasing staffs to ensure raw materials & cast in items are available according to the schedule.
Preparing daily casting report/ tool box meeting

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at production floor.
