Secondary school education or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality control or inspection.

Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.

Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Inspect and test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform visual inspections and use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and specifications.

Document inspection results, identify defects, and report non-conforming products to the relevant departments.

Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.

Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company quality policies and industry regulations.
