Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role.

Proficiency in using inventory management systems or relevant software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.

Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring efficient storage and easy retrieval of items.

Manage outgoing inventory, accurately picking and packing items for production or dispatch.

Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the store area.

Update inventory records in the system promptly and accurately.

Monitor stock levels and report low stock items to procurement.
