Requirements
Qualification Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Certificates
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English, as the role requires communicating frequently with the China team
Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the Finance Manager in managing full set of accounts, taxation and financial forecasts.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
3. Maintain up-to-date Fixed Asset Listing.
4. Verify all the AP and AR Invoices posting, petty cash reimbursement, staff expenses claims and payment transaction.
5. Carry out Bank Reconciliation timely and accurately.
6. Monitor and perform costing for Manufacturing Order
7. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to HQ.
8. To provide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
9. Resolve all accounting-related operational issues and transactions.
10. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations (including Sales and Service Tax-SST and Import Duty), company policies, and SOPs.
11. Prepare and submit SST returns, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
12. Support the implementation and management of e-Invoicing systems and ensure proper integration with accounting practices.
13. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational plans.
14. Coordinate and liaise with Financial Institutions, external auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial-related matters.
15. To attend to monthly physical stock take and assist in calculation of monthly taх provision.
16. Providing administrative support, such as filing, document management, and responding to general inquiries.
17. Handle ad hoc and non-ad hoc tasks or assignments as required.
