Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Possess own transportation and willing to travel across different states.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular outlet visits to audit cleanliness, food quality, service standards, and overall operational excellence.
Ensure all outlets consistently comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Plan, coordinate, and conduct training programs to develop outlet staff and improve operational performance.
Deliver operational training for new product launches and new outlet openings.
Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment of outlet staff.
Maintain training materials, records, equipment, and internal training facilities.
Develop and implement engaging training initiatives to motivate employees and enhance customer service quality.
Monitor staff performance to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Work closely with the Operations team to drive continuous improvement across all outlets.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
