Min education is Certificate / Vocational / Diploma with 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is the mandatory as need to coordinate with China supplier.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in SQL systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Tanggungjawab
Manage incoming calls and provide professional support to customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Prepare and process essential documents, including Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), loan forms, and other operational paperwork.
Coordinate closely with suppliers to monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and latest ETA updates.
Arrange and oversee courier deliveries to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support quarterly stock-taking activities.
Update and manage data using SQL systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
