Full Time Telesales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in VLC Elite Wealth Solutions Plt Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for Mandarin Telesales Executive to join our team . The role involves contacting customers by phones , inform customers for campaign that we running now and secure appointment.

• Must be Malaysian Citizen.

• Minimum of SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent

• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage

• Entry-Level Telesales – No Experience? We Train You!"

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Energetic and positive & ready for challenges.

• Target driven & eager to grow.

• Customer leads provided by company.

WORKING HOURS AND SALARY:

• Monday - Friday , 9am-5.30pm

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off

• Comprehensive training provided -No experience required

SALARY & BENEFITS :

• Basic salary starting from RM2500 and above (negotiable)

• Monthly KPI allowance and other allowance up to Rm5000 per month.

• Final salary will be determined based on interview performance, education level , and working experience.

• Handle Outbound call

• Engaging with outbound call and leads provided by company to secure appointment .

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective telemarketing strategies.

• Achieve monthly sales target based on confirmed appointment .

• Update customer information and status in CRM /tracking sheet.
