Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role (Beauty, Aesthetic, Retail, or Service Industry preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Sales-driven with experience leading a team to achieve KPIs.

Customer-focused with excellent people management skills.

Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the beauty centre.

Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales and service targets.

Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.

Monitor sales performance, KPIs, staff attendance, and productivity.

Plan staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.

Ensure SOPs, hygiene, service quality, and operational standards are maintained.

Manage stock inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational costs.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

Execute company marketing campaigns and business strategies.

Build a positive, high-performing team culture.
