Contract CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in HB Glass & Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Proven experience in a supervisory role in construction projects.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and reporting tools.

Conduct regular site checks and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Prepare and submit daily progress reports detailing work completed, manpower, materials, and any site issues.

Coordinate and communicate efficiently with subcontractors (subcon)andmain contractors (maincon) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues.

Monitor work schedules and ensure timely execution of activities as per project timelines.

Enforce site safety protocols and company regulations.

Report any delays, risks, or deviations from the plan to the Project Manager promptly.

Assist in site logistics, material management, and site housekeeping.
