Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Open to all qualified candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks involving lifting and handling files, documents, or other heavy items when required.
Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions.
- Issue financial records such as purchase orders, invoices, and billing statements.
- Rectify account inconsistencies.
- Monitor banking transactions through the company's bank accounts.
- Arrange internal and external financial checks.
- Bank-in slips (keep photocopies/originals).
- Bank-in slips key in.
- Key in payments.
- Double-check online payments with bank statements.
- Attach online receipts with daily sales.
- Accounting filing matters and checklist.
