Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
Required skills: MS Office and SQL Payroll.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Preferably candidates specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good interpersonal, organizational, administrative, reporting, scheduling, written, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Execute the full employment lifecycle, including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, candidate interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and exit processes for all categories of employees, including permanent, contract, and interns.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Assist in ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in the recruitment function.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc HR reports related to recruitment activities.
Conduct orientation training for new joiners and assist in coordinating onboarding arrangements such as workstation allocation, stationery preparation, staff profile creation in the HR system, access card activation, and office familiarization.
Support other human resource functions, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance appraisals, training and development, and HR administration as required.
Manage foreign workers’ annual medical examinations, permit renewals, and CIDB renewals.
Support other HR activities as assigned by the superior.
