Kerja Sepenuh Masa Mechanical Engineer (Experienced in high rise building design - site coordination), Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di PCM Consultant Johor - Maukerja

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in building services design and

site coordination to oversee the execution of mixed development projects in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Mechanical Systems Design: Design and specify key building mechanical systems

such as ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), fire protection

systems, plumbing and sanitary systems, and lift systems.

• Calculations & Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering calculations,

technical drawings, and authority submission documents.

• Compliance: Ensure all mechanical designs comply with local building codes,

statutory authority regulations, and industry standards.

Project & Contract Management

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Attend meetings and conduct regular site

inspections to ensure the correct installation and commissioning of M&E

equipment.

• Tender & Procurement: Assist with tender evaluations and M&E cost estimations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with architects, structural engineers, main

contractors, and sub-contractors to resolve site discrepancies.

• Authority Liaison: Liaise with relevant government and statutory boards regarding

M&E compliance and approvals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in high-rise

or mixed development building projects.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local statutory regulations, codes of

practice, and regulatory agencies (e.g Bomba, SAJ etc)

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and

the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
