Full Time Quality Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan Inter Island Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Candidates with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Minimum 3 years of experienceas aQuality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with quality control methodologies and quality management systems.

Basic project management knowledge is an advantage.

Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as: FMEA, Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, QC080000, ISO 14001, 7S, ESD

Strong circuit analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

Experience handling customer and certification body audits.

Monitor and improve product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns.

Ensure compliance with quality management systems and industry standards.

Support internal, customer, and certification audits while maintaining audit readiness.

Review quality data and recommend process improvements to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

Prepare quality reports, documentation, and related records.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company quality procedures.
