Kelayakan

  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field — relevant working experience in equipment/machinery sales will be considered in lieu of formal qualification. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in forklift, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or related B2B technical sales.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise directly with China-based technical partners and suppliers.
  • Good command of English for customer-facing communication and reporting.
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar) to support content creation, sales proposals, and daily efficiency. Strong attitude toward continuous learning and adapting to new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits, customer meetings, and occasional overseas training. Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and online marketplaces (************* and similar) is an advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Drive sales of forklifts, related services, and rental packages to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Act as the primary communication bridge between the company and China-based technician/supplier teams, coordinating on technical matters, parts, and after-sales support.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical support to customers and coordinate with technical teams to resolve equipment issues. Plan and arrange overseas technical training for staff or technicians as required.
  • Create and manage sales and marketing content across social media platforms and online marketplaces such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and *************
  • Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Leverage AI tools to improve productivity in content creation, customer communication, and sales reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product knowledge to remain effective in a fast-evolving market.
