Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM certificate; Diploma preferred.

  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Demonstrated self-discipline, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.

  • Support in processing Sales Orders, Delivery Order.

  • Manage and update the sales database.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
