Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM / Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service or sales administration (experience in jewellery or wholesale industry is an advantage).

  • Fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with clients and enter the sales order into the system.

  • Efficient in time management, good organization skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Able to work overtime (for special occurrence).

  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, orders and sales transactions.

  • Support the sales team in preparing sales orders, accounting/ stock entry, tax invoice, official receipt and related documentation.

  • Coordinate with customers on product availability, pricing, order status and delivery arrangements.

  • Involve in daily stock movement - goods receiving from supplier, manage inventories.

  • Creating code for new item and update in company database.

  • Basic photoshoots for new products and entry of relevant details into the database.

  • To maintain stock records, up-to-date record for all inventory items and ensure the purchased items are properly evaluated.

  • Support sales activities including promotions, product launches and trade exhibitions when required.

  • Maintain proper customer records, sales reports and filing documentation.

  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and accounts departments on sales-related matters.

  • Provide satisfactory customers service and support to the existing customer via telephone calls, fax, messaging and email.

  • Perform other sales administration, ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by superior and management.
