A local company involved in a large-scale Data Center Project is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position for our Data Center site in Johor:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain full-time site supervision of all civil and structural works.
  • Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
  • Monitor site progress to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Assist with site possession and setting-out verification.
  • Review construction, IFC, and shop drawings before and during construction.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings and site induction sessions.
  • Inspect soil conditions, earthworks, and compaction tests.
  • Supervise excavation, piling, foundations, pile caps, and ground beam works.
  • Supervise concrete works and structural construction.
  • Monitor drainage, manholes, and external infrastructure installation.
  • Oversee roadworks, hardscape works, and other civil engineering activities.
  • Witness and record site tests such as slump tests, concrete cube tests, pile integrity tests, and load tests.
  • Ensure all construction materials are approved and meet project specifications.
  • Prepare site memos, inspection reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required.
  • Maintain records of test reports, RFIs, method statements, and site progress.
  • Attend technical and coordination meetings with the Resident Engineer (RE) and consultants.
  • Coordinate with architectural, M&E, and interior design teams to resolve site issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and project handover.
